This is a pattern that can be easily worked in a continuous thread.

1st Element
Round 1: Pick up four 11/0s and pass through all the beads
again to form a circle. Tie a knot between the working thread and tail. Pass
through the next 11/0
Round 2: Pick up an 11/0, and pass through the next 11/0 in
round 1. Repeat this step three times to complete the round. Step up through
the first 11/0 added in this round
Round 3: Pick up two SD and pass through the next 11/0 in
round 2. Repeat this step three times to complete the round. Step up through
the first SD added and pass through the outer empty hole of the same SD. You
will begin working in the opposite direction.
Round 4:
Step 1: Pick up a 15/0 and pass through the outer hole of
the next SD.
Step 2: Pick up an 11/0, a 6/0 and an 11/0 and pass through
the outer hole of the next SD.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 three more times to complete the round.
Weave through beads to exit a 6/0.
2nd Element
Step 1: Pick up an 11/0 and a SD. Pass back through the
other (empty) hole of the SD.
Round 1: Pick up a SD and five 11/0 and pass through the
last four again to form a circle.
Round 2: Pick up an 11/0 and pass through the next bead in
the circle. Repeat this step twice. Next pass through the first 11/0 picked up
in round 1 (the one nearest to the SD).
Round 3: Pick up two SD and pass through the next 11/0 on
round 2. Repeat twice, then pass through the inner holes of the two SD added in
Step 1 and Round 1 and through the next 11/0 and inner hole of the first SD
added in this round. Pass through the outer hole of the same SD. You will now
work in the opposite direction.
Round 4: Pick up a 15/0 and pass through the next SD (outer
hole). Pick up an 11/0 and pass through the next 6/0, 11/0, SD.
Pick up a 15/0 and pass through the next SD. Pick up an
11/0, 6/0, 11/0 and pass through the next SD. Repeat this step twice to
complete the round. Weave through beads to exit the 6/0 that is the farthest from
the first element.
Repeat this element to the desired length of the bracelet
(also take into account the length of your clasp). Notice that you are alternating working the successive elements in clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
To begin working the second row of the bracelet, attach an
element in the same way by a corner 6/0 on the side of the last element.
The following elements are worked in a similar manner, except on round 4 you have an extra point of attachment to the coresponding element on the first row.
Attaching the buttons (Ripple beads)…
… and the loops. I made mine from twenty eight 15/0s. Be
sure to measure the fit before finishing of. Retrace your thread path through
the loops and buttons at least three times for security. If you want to be
extra safe you can use a separate thread to attach these to tha main body of
the bracelet. This way, if the thread breaks (which it most often does at the
closure) it is easier to fix. I myself am too lazy to start a new thread for
this.
Another option for closure is to attach a metal clasp with
jumprings directly from the 6/0s at the ends.
Earrings
Work two attached elements elements. With your thread
exiting from an end 6/0 pick up an 11/0, four 15/0s and an 11/0 and pass again
through the 6/0. Retrace the thread path at least two more times. End the
working tail and thread. Attach an earwire from this loop. Attach a jumpring
from the opposite 6/0 and add another jumpring with a crystal minipear. You
need a jumpring with a diameter of at least 4mm. If the jumpring looks to large
and naked with just the crystal dangle you can add seed beads on both sides of
the crystal. I used 8/0s, but 11/0s also work. Make another earring for the
pair.
